Historic Dover School:

Constructed in 1876, our original school building was operated continuously

from then until. 1966. Over the years these walls witnessed weddings, funerals,

community events, and political rallies by congressional candidates and the Greenback

Party, among others. - Here thousands of children received the basic education

necessary to function as productive, responsible citizens.

    This school was rated a blue medallion, The Standard School.
